Director of Project Management - Land Development/Master Planned Communities. Lead and oversee land development projects from pre-acquisition to completion. Manage project teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure efficient execution to maximize project value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Land Development, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in land development project management
- Strong project management skills, excellent leadership, effective communicator, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of real estate finance
