As the Assistant HR Generalist, you’ll support all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, benefits coordination, and HR administration. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.
Requirements
- Assists Recruiting with candidate coordination, job postings, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruiting documentation.
- Assists in the accurate and timely processing of recruiting updates, including new hires, job changes, and onboarding status tracking.
- Manages the Time and Labor system and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy.
- Keeps process paperwork and employment records.
- Partners with leadership and HR team members to complete various HR tasks.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Travel between locations as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
