AM Technician I

Prototek is a leading national provider of digital based manufacturing services. The AM Technician is responsible for the daily operation of the Additive Manufacturing equipment, preparing machines for production, maintaining throughput, and applying cleaning and finishing techniques to completed parts.

Requirements

• Read and interpret prints, specification sheets, and/or 3D files
• Perform basic operations of 3D printers for multiple technologies
• Perform basic post processing and finishing techniques of completed parts
• Perform visual inspection of parts per specifications
• Track production progress using ERP system
• Assist with cleaning and preventative maintenance of machines, tools, and workstations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
