AI Operations Lead

Proscia is revolutionizing pathology, the last major frontier in healthcare to embrace digital. We are seeking an AI Operations Lead to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered workflows and internal tools that improve speed, accuracy, and customer/employee experience.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in software engineering, automation, or internal tools
• A builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and learning new systems/tools
• Hands-on fluency in one or more of: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL; REST/gRPC; event/webhook patterns; git
• Experience with AI delivery: prompt design, agent orchestration, retrieval/RAG, guardrails, and data privacy
• Experience connecting common business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, Notion) into cohesive workflows
• Strong collaborator skill set: someone who can translate business needs into technical plans and explain trade-offs clearly
