Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Sales/Revenue Enablement plays a pivotal role in accelerating Prosci’s growth by designing and executing enablement programs that empower our sales team to perform at their best.
Requirements
- Design, build, and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs and initiatives with minimal direction
- Create and curate high-impact sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training materials
- Develop and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes
- Lead the adoption and optimization of sales tools and technologies
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives
- Stay ahead of trends by monitoring industry innovations and best practices
