DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to join proSapient as we scale a global primary research platform used by leading investors and consultants worldwide. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to production systems, refactoring infrastructure, upgrading components, and improving reliability as the platform grows.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Operate and optimize workloads on AWS, improving efficiency and performance across production environments
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline deployments and accelerate delivery
• Manage, scale, and secure Kubernetes clusters, enabling stable and resilient application operations
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting using DataDog to proactively detect and resolve issues
• Support production releases, incident response, and root cause analysis, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and deployment workflows
