Client Services Associate

As a Client Services Associate, you will work with clients across various sectors and industries to identify experts and connect them with clients. You will be responsible for searching for experts, managing multiple client requests, and ensuring client needs are met. The role requires exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and a focus on generating revenues. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Requirements

• Work in partnership with Project Lead to receive & understand requests from clients
• Pro-actively search for, and identify, excellent experts globally
• Act as a consultant to figure out the type of expert clients will need
• Act as project manager to handle multiple client requests and connect with experts
• Communicate with clients to share chosen experts and ensure their needs are met
