Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and human-centered experiences for our AI-driven products.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end product experiences—from discovery and concept exploration to polished UI and developer-ready specs
- Translate AI model behaviors, system feedback, and data outputs into understandable, user-friendly interactions
- Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate complex ideas with simplicity
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business team members to define requirements and ensure responsible, user-aligned design
- Document patterns and contribute to the evolution of our design system for AI-specific components (e.g., chat interfaces, generative data visualizations)
- Run or support user research, usability testing, and iterative experimentation to validate and improve designs
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality implementations and refine interactions post-launch
