Requirements

• Consecutive in-person and virtual interpretation (phone and video)
• Follow interpreter protocols and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA)
• Establish and maintain quality service and positive interaction
• Improve vocabulary and subject matter knowledge
• Provide documentation of updated vaccinations
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check
