Requirements

• Collaborate with sales teams to streamline and optimize sales processes
• Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales teams
• Monitor key performance metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making
• Provide key insights to the sales team with weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence
• Support process improvement across the commercial function to align with best practices and organizational standards
• Oversee data hygiene and governance initiatives to maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce
• Provide training and support to sales and operations teams to maximize their use of Salesforce
