Requirements

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable qualification
• Familiarity with MTBs, e-bikes, and bike components
• Technical understanding, structured way of working, and hands-on mentality
• Experience in assembly, repair, or wheel building (not a must)
• Ability to work in a team, flexible, and quality-conscious
