Maintenance Technician III (Sonter & Holloway)

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including service requests and turnover functions, to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and provide a quality living environment for the Neighbors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of two years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools
• Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace
• Must be available for on-call services
