Investment Associate, Strategic Deployment - West Region

As an Investment & Development Associate, you will provide analytical and project management support to advance strategic deployment initiatives across the West region. You will work with local Investment Officer to partner with Market Officers and Leasing teams to drive deal flow and build relationships with third-party vendors. You will also identify market trends, prepare investment memos, and lead project management activities related to higher and better use repositioning and complex entitlements of portfolio assets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate or construction industry, with a focus on development, finance, or project management
• Strong knowledge of financial and real estate concepts, such as net present values, internal rates of return, and cap rates
• Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and creating real estate and construction documents
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
