Job Description
The Operations Coordinator directs a staff of Shift Supervisors and Residential Aides in providing direct assistance to clients at the Barbara Kleiman Men's Shelter. The role includes overseeing departmental tasks and goals, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Assists the Assistant Director in overseeing departmental tasks and goals
- Supervise Shift Supervisors and Residential Aides assigned to various shifts
- Provide wrap-around overtime coverage as needed and leadership presence in the evening hours and on weekends at the site
