Job Description
The Custodian is responsible for performing repair and maintenance tasks daily to provide a clean and safe environment for tenants and staff in the building.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months of experience doing repair and maintenance work
- An ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- An ability to professionally interact with tenants and all levels of staff
