Job Description
The Outcomes Analyst (Manager) will lead data cleaning, analysis, and reporting systems to support quality improvement initiatives and measurement of key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who is solutions-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with measurement, data analytics, and reporting
- Familiarity with SQL and database design principles
- Ability to demonstrate advanced data preparation skills using scripting languages
- Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Advanced BI visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and relevance
- Demonstrated ability to project manage technical and cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and program teams
