Job Description
The Facilities and Safety Supervisor will oversee the quality approach to building operations and maintenance for Project 180 residential and office buildings. This is a 100% onsite position with a flexible schedule to monitor requests, contractors, and handle emergencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years work experience in facilities management and/or maintenance
- Knowledge of services, materials and activities related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Ability to quickly learn the facilities to be maintained and understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft and Google Suites
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Valid CA driver’s license, proof of insurance and own vehicle
