Human Capital Associate

The company is seeking a Human Capital Associate to manage internship programs, coordinate with managers, and support diverse recruiting efforts. This role involves supporting talent acquisition, building relationships with local partners, and participating in recruitment knowledge sharing. The position will be hands-on and involve a variety of HR duties depending on the manager's needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good eye for talents and recruiting
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting and/or HR principles
• Ability to establish and maintain a strong network
