Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst for a large financial services institution. The role will involve working on complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in internet/intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting, with a proven track record in producing business requirement artifacts.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in internet/intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting
• 10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications
• Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking
• Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format
• Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions
• Solid understanding/knowledge and practical experience using Rational Unified Process (RUP)
• Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences
• Commitment to being part of a team, open to having all work peer-reviewed by the analyst community
• Ability to be highly organized and effective within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• CBAP or CCBA ̈ Certification
• Experience working in and knowledge of client systems and processes
• Experience with Planview and STAMP
