Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to work on a project to improve process infrastructure for quicker releases, with a strong preference for financial services experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in App Dev and exposure to infrastructure, with a strong knowledge of BRDs and FRDs, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BRDs and FRDs
- Recognizes strategic implications of problems and issues
- Assists in developing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes
- Performs complex analysis and is able to resolve issues
- Looks beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends
- Develops and assists in implementing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes
- Provides guidance to more junior staff
- Knowledge of client servers, web services, Microsoft suite
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exposure to application development and infrastructure
- Financial/Banking Background
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exposure to infrastructure related and application development projects
- Knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), DB’s, Client-Server
