Requirements
- Understand the overall concept of the company
- Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business
- Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments
- Spend time observing experience staff to learn about methods and procedures
- Communicate with various members of the organization
- Accept designated projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
- Support managers with various tasks
