Requirements

Monitor, evaluate, & review standard work with department Supervisor
Analyze major metrics (open tags, inventory accuracy, shipping accuracy, etc.) monthly, looking for positive and/or negative trends
Work with Planners or Suppliers as needed to resolve issues such as OS&D, record accuracy, or shipping discrepancies
Work to ensure teamwork between departments
Respond quickly to changing operations and customer needs
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Identify the educational needs of others, develop formal educational or training programs or classes, and teach or instruct others
Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process related topics
Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes
