We are looking for an HR Advisor to implement and improve HR projects and processes, provide HR support to employees and management, and manage HR administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 24-32 hours per week availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
