Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong Agile mindset and proven experience in guiding teams towards maturity. You will play a key role in the SAFe transition, guiding multiple Feature Teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) and helping the organization structurally grow in collaboration, agility, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple teams
- PSM1 / PSM2 / Scaled Scrum Master (SSM) V5.0 certified
- Leading SAFe (SA) V5.0 certified
- Knowledge of Lean IT / Lean IT Leadership
- At least 5 years of experience as a process facilitator (Agile events > 25 people)
- At least 5 years of experience as a coach on team- and individual level
- Strong communication skills, with persuasion and group dynamics insight
