Breakdown Roller Operator

The Breakdown Roller Operator is responsible for operating breakdown rollers to compact and prepare road surfaces and other construction projects, adhering to safety standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating breakdown rollers or similar heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of compaction processes and road construction techniques.
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
