DevOps Engineer Kubernetes

Responsibilities include providing, managing, and scaling containerized applications. This involves optimizing operating systems and planning Kubernetes clusters for optimal performance and stability. Implementing security standards such as RBAC, Secrets Management, and Network Policies within the Kubernetes environment is also part of the job. Close collaboration with developers, DevOps, and IT teams is required to realize innovative solutions.

Required skills include a successful completion of a degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of experience in Linux and Kubernetes administration, as well as knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (especially Terraform). Experience with GitOps and Telemetry/Observability tools for system monitoring (metrics, logging, tracing) is also required. Knowledge of network concepts such as Load Balancers, DNS, and Firewalls, as well as best practices for security and access management in Kubernetes, is desired. Familiarity with large cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, GKE) is also desirable.

The ideal candidate should have a strong problem-solving orientation, structured work, and a proactive approach. Strong communication skills and a convincing presence are also essential.
