Job Description
Procon is seeking a Project Manager for an ENR Top 100 construction project in the Peoria, Illinois area. The role involves leading construction management on projects for construction, mechanical systems, interior renovations, or new fit-outs. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in the field and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Planning or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an owner’s representative, project facilitator, construction manager, or design and construction contracting experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of eBuilder preferred.
- Experience in dynamic environments.
