Job Description
Procon is seeking a skilled and innovative BIM Engineer to join their team. This role involves developing and managing BIM execution plans, providing consulting expertise, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is familiar with GSA BIM standards, COBie, and technology integration for federal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination, engineering, or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of GSA BIM guidelines and standards.
- Proficiency in BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo).
- Familiarity with COBie standards and digital handover practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
