Job Description
Procom is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers through various mediums, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and document solutions for internal and external support web-pages.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in customer care/customer support
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry or professional organization certifications in computing fields are highly desirable
