Job Description
MTPS Wintel Engineer job description: Lead and support customer systems, provide expert technical support, and ensure high-quality and cost-effective service. Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience in IT infrastructure
- Minimum 5 year Application and or Systems Administration experience in a 24 x 7 production environment
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Exchange
- Advanced knowledge of Windows PowerShell
- Advanced understanding of networking principles; routing, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP
- Advanced knowledge of VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Very good written and verbal communication skill
