Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program Manager

Procom is searching for a Program Manager for a permanent opportunity in Dallas, TX. The Program Manager will have operational responsibility for the centralized corporate recruitment and procurement of contractors for clients across North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience working directly with managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes
• Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from managers, executives, staffing agencies and contractors
• Experience working with applicant-tracking systems (ATS) or vendor management systems (VMS)
• Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Proven negotiations and influencing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
