Dispense & Blend Operator

This role involves setting up and maintaining equipment in a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include machine operation, product validation, quality control, and adhering to production procedures. The position requires good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months working in a food manufacturing environment or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with basic tools and hardware preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Basic familiarity with computerized systems.
