Join Probook at the ground floor and help build the people infrastructure behind one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City. You’ll partner directly with the founders, own recruiting operations end to end, and help design the foundation that supports Probook’s growth from zero to one.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in people operations at a Series A–C startup, Agency recruiting, or Consulting.
- Proven ability to manage heavy interview loads and operational complexity
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and biased toward action
