VP of Finance

A behavioral health company is seeking a VP of Finance to lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial strategy, planning, and analytics across a complex, multi-entity healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Strong fundamental accounting and finance background with senior-level leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience overseeing accounting operations, AP, close, and multi-entity financial structures
• Significant experience in private accounting environments with broad oversight and hands-on ownership
• Healthcare and behavioral health experience preferred
• Analytical, strategic mindset with experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic financial analysis preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executive leadership and work effectively across departments
• Proven leadership ability with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Self-starter and problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
