A successful and fast-growing healthcare company is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage and develop the accounting team, build systems, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance. Requirements
- Hire, train, and manage accounting staff
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for SNF/ALF facilities
- Build and streamline accounting systems, processes, and workflows
- Develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts
- Support leadership and operations with process improvements
- Assist with Sage Intacct implementation and optimization
