Requirements

• 3+ years in quantitative analytics, data science, or similar data-driven roles
• Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, experimentation, and advanced quantitative methods (statistics, ML familiarity a plus)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar), and Excel
• Track record of independently managing complex analytical projects from discovery to delivery
• Strong communicator with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives and influence decisions
• Player-coach mindset: strong contributor and mentor, with demonstrated leadership potential
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, structuring open-ended problems, and creating clarity from noise
