We are seeking a results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and execute lifecycle marketing programs. This role focuses on driving demand, accelerating revenue growth, engaging prospects and customers throughout their journey, and improving conversion rates. The manager will manage various marketing channels, leverage AI, and ensure campaign performance is tracked and optimized. This is a critical role within the marketing team.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation in a B2B environment (preferably SaaS or technology).
- Proven experience managing email and SMS campaigns end to end.
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools and enrichment integrations.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and optimize programs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements for marketing communications.
