Manager Supplier Quality Engineering

As a Manager Supplier Quality Engineer, you will lead a team of 9 engineers and create an open and results-oriented work environment, ensuring quality, reliability, and collaboration within the supply chain.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a technical field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership quality function within a production environment
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience with Lean and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt is a pre)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP and PDM systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a pre
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
• Able to motivate teams and successfully guide improvement projects
