Prison Fellowship

Prison Fellowship is a Christian nonprofit organization committed to serving incarcerated people and their families for over 50 years. They equip the Church to provide hope and justice, advocating for human dignity and sharing the transformation of prisoners with the world. They are seeking a driven and mission-focused Research and Program Evaluation Manager to monitor and evaluate programs, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in measuring, evaluation, and learning projects, preferably in a mission-driven organization
• 5-7 years of experience working with program leaders on developing and monitoring KPIs
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Program evaluation and data analysis/interpretation expertise
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams simultaneously
• Exceptional writing skills for reports, proposals, and presentations
