Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee and maximize sales of the company through the retail sales channel, managing 4 outlets in Klang Valley. The candidate will report directly to the Country Director and be a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course of studies
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the retail industry
- Well versed in retail store processes and systems, proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
- Prior experience in malls landlord relations
- Data-driven with ability to analyze data for stocks forecasting
- Strong Communication (English/Chinese/Malay) and people skills
- Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service
