Senior UX/ UI Designer

We're looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the next phase of our digital experience, across our customer-facing ecommerce storefront, backend/ internal tools, and in close collaboration with our Brand and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI designer, ideally within ecommerce or SaaS background.
• Proven ability to create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma / Miro).
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX/UI process, thinking, and outcomes.
• Commercially aware, understanding how design impacts conversion, efficiency, and growth.
• Experience conducting or facilitating user testing (preferred)
