- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of Account Management and Marketing related experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and solution-building skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
- Strong aptitude for and knowledge of project and time management
- Ability to find solutions and provide effective alternatives when needed
- Understanding of advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative services, production, retail, and e-commerce
- Has a passion for customer service, bringing empathy and compassion to our clients
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or Java is preferred
