Junior Sales Manager:in(m/w/d)

As a Junior Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf, you will represent the hotel and the brand in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia, maintain corporate partnerships, and contribute to sustainable customer loyalty. You will work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, create individual offers, and support sales-promoting measures. Your day will be filled with tasks such as accompanying sales trips, participating in trade fairs, and working on budget planning and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in hotel, tourism, or service industry
• First practical experience in sales in the hotel industry
• Basic knowledge of the hotel market in NRW or motivation to acquire this knowledge quickly
• Very good communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor
• Good self-organization, engagement, and enthusiasm for learning new things
• Team spirit and enjoyment of achieving successes together
• Motivation to bring in own ideas and implement smaller projects independently
• Interest and talent to present and sell a diverse product portfolio in a comprehensible way
• Willingness to travel occasionally and hands-on mentality
• Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
