Join June Six Hotels as a Guest Experience Manager and contribute to creating a warm and professional atmosphere for our guests. The role involves ensuring excellent guest experience, personal welcome and on-site service, and coordinating special wishes and VIP treatment. As a communicator in the house, you will be a role model for the entire team and guarantee a positive team culture and smooth workflows.
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in the field of hospitality, tourism or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in guest management
- Highly developed service orientation and empathy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience at the front or back office
