Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead and manage our front desk team at Holiday Inn Hamburg – Berliner Tor. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating, training, and developing your team members, ensuring a smooth process at the front desk, and adhering to our high quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a department head at the front desk
- Excellent communication skills, a sovereign demeanor, and negotiation skills in German and English
- Sales-oriented thinking
