Job Description
This Senior Lawyer – Contract Management role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts across multiple operating companies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high contract volumes, ensuring compliance, and providing legal advice. Experience with similar transactions is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- At least 7 years of post-bar experience in contract management, corporate law, or commercial legal practice.
- Proven experience handling high-volume contracts and working across multiple entities or operating companies.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
