The Recruiter – Sales & Technical Hiring is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on Sales positions and technical roles. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to assess both commercial and technical talent effectively.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for primarily Sales roles
- Support hiring for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Evaluate sales candidates on KPIs
- Coordinate technical assessments and collaborate with technical teams
- Manage interview scheduling and feedback consolidation
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and report recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks
