Certified Respiratory Therapist

Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician, with a focus on patient care and consideration of age and population specific needs. In the absence of a supervisor, may be assigned/identified as Lead RCP.

Requirements

• State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate
• 2 years experience as a RCP preferred
• ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire
• NRP certificate preferred
• PALS certificate within 60 days of hire
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
