Job Description
Prime Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support projects ranging from new construction to retrofits and upgrades of data centers. The role involves electrical engineering, focusing on construction support, design standards, and value engineering. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Perform engineering tasks, primarily electrical, to support master planning/concept designs.
- Review RFPs for design services.
- Review and perform bid levelling/scope verification for design services proposals.
- Conduct value engineering analyses and provide system recommendations.
- Perform review of Integrated Automation System (IAS) points list and sequences of operation.
- Participate in Factory Witness Testing (FWT) of critical equipment.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers.
- Troubleshoots electrical system challenges.
- Responses on an as-needed basis to emergencies.
