Engineer Manager (People & Delivery Leader)

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who leads people, delivery, and team health across multiple product development teams. This role is focused on building high-performing teams, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring predictable delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

• Strong background in technology, software delivery, or engineering-adjacent fields.
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering work (team lead, TPM, EM, Sr Engineer, etc.).
• Ability to understand system designs, ask the right technical questions, and partner effectively with Principal Engineers.
• Strong delivery and project leadership experience.
